as far as i know amsterdam isnt authorized and in germany only presale...
got my gold amex a few days before a presale & it worked fine. :)
Yeah - got same advance sales email too. Didn't realize the show was next week though. Just knew the presale was tomorrow.
I got two messages, one for presale opening at 10am, and one for 1pm.
