We've stopped publishing presale passwords for the time being - perhaps we will resume one day, but in the meantime, if you need a presale code, we recommend using tmpresale.com - they are a legit operation and have been around for a long long time, plus they even have a refund policy and a solid record of happy customers.
Again, sorry for the huge gap - we just can't seem to stay on top of anything these days :(
